ED 549 - Science, Mathematics and Technology

DESCRIPTION:

This course is designed to explore current research ad practice in the use of technology to enhance the teaching and learning of science. It is designed to integrate modern technology in classrooms specifically to enhance the instruction and learning of science and mathematics. The course will deal with increasing the candidtae's technological literacy, use of technology to problem-solve, use of technology to plan, assess and conduct classroom activities, and to make connections between technology and the disciplines of science and mathematics.
