ED 551 - School Leadership I: An Introduction to School Leadership DESCRIPTION: Introductory course in school leadership. Assessment of candidate knowledge base, individual style, and possible prepartory needs for school leadership. The candidate designs a Personal Professional Improvement Plan. Analysis of current theories of management and leadership as applied to schools as organizations.
