ED 598A, B - School Counseling Internship DESCRIPTION: Pre-requisites: ED 511, 512, 535, 591 Field placement under supervision. 600 service hours includes a minimum of 240 hours in direct, counseling contact wtih indviduals and groups. Course work on campus explores contemporary ethical, consultative, and counseling issues, techniques, and stategies; audio and videotaped session critiques; and the presentation of case studies. Application and successful completion of the master's comprehensive examinaion are required. Candidates are required to maintain a logbook of contact hours. PBA's: FIELD HOURS: |
