HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

John Carroll University Custodial Services operates within the Facilities department under the supervision of Rory Hill. Rory can be reached at 216-397-3015 or by e-mail at rhill@jcu.edu.

They operate under the departmental mission Inspired by the Jesuit Spirit.   We aim to support the needs of the students and university community. Our mission is to provide a clean and safe environment for the John Carroll Community.  The University’s Cleaning work is contracted and performed by SSC; Service Solutions Corporation.  A link to their Corporate Offices is below.  Their offices are located in the lower level of the Dolan Center for Science and Technology in rooms AG02.  The majority of cleaning for Academic Buildings is performed after hours.  Representatives of SSC are available during normal John Carroll hours of operation from 8-5 by calling 216-397-4326 or by email at ssc@jcu.edu.   Work order system is preferred for requests for cleaning of areas during the work day.  Follow the link at the bottom to place a work order.
