HUMAN RESOURCES

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to support the overall strategic goals of the university by providing services which promote a work environment characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect. We will:

  • Develop, implement and support personnel programs and processes in line with the mission and goals of the university
  • Encourage and promote the value of diversity in the workplace
  • Support, guide and maintain requirements to promote a healthy and positive work environment for all employees
  • Provide superior customer service through recruitment, training and development and benefit administration by assisting all employees in a caring, trustworthy and timely manner

The Human Resources Department is located on the first floor of Rodman Hall.  Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
