STUDENT CALLING CENTER
The Student Calling Center attempts to contact over 16,000 alumni and raises over $240,000 annually. Many universities choose to use professional calling firms to acquire support for their programs; however, the university has found that no one can express the hopes and dreams we share for Carroll better than our own students.
Alumni, parents, and friends are contacted by students in order to personally update contact information, provide details about events taking place at Carroll, and to ask for support of students with a gift to the Carroll Fund. As all student callers are supported by the Carroll Fund, they understand the value of their work and enjoy talking with alumni about their experiences.
Additionally, the Student Calling Center offers constituents the opportunity to ask about different aspects of university life and to ask questions about the Carroll Fund. When you take a student’s call and pledge your support to the Carroll Fund, you are making an investment in that student’s experience, ensuring that John Carroll University’s tradition of educating individuals of character is accessible for today’s students just as it was for you.

Current John Carroll University students are eligible to apply for positions as student callers. The hours of operation are 4-8 pm Sundays; 6:30-9 pm Mondays-Thursdays. Please call Tricia Callahan at 216-397-4346 for an application and more information.
