2008-2009 Graduate Assistant Orientation will take place on Thursday, August 28 at 1pm to 5pm in the Conference Room of the Dolan Science Center

  BRING
Complete and bring the forms from the link below		  
 
  • Federal W-4 Form
  • Ohio Tax Form
  • I-9 Form  with “Acceptable Document(s)” ONE item from List A or one each from B AND C
  • Direct Deposit Form along with a blank check or direct deposit number from your bank

  • The year, make, model number, color and license plate number of the car you will use on campus, along with your registration, proof of insurance, student ID or driver’s license.
  
  AGENDA  
 
  • Speak with peers and the faculty and administration about your responsibilities
  • Review policies and procedures that pertain to you as a GA and employee of the University
  • Receive your student ID and your free parking permit
