ASSISTANTSHIP FORMS

Credentials to submit to the Graduate Studies office by the March 1 Deadline:

• Graduate Assistant Application [Word] [PDF] or
• Athletic Assistant Application [Word]
• Resume
• Statement of Purpose

• Two Letters of Recommendation with GA coversheets (included in application above)
 -specifically commenting on applicants ability for a graduate assistantship. Note: If you have submitted recommendations for a Graduate Studies program that are not GA Recommendations, these will not suffice. You must secure separate GA Letters of Recommendation (which in turn can be used for application to your graduate program if you so desire).
