Hours and Wages

20 hours per week in exchange for tuition and fees (excluding graduation fee)
up to 9 credit hours in the fall and spring semesters (a total of 18 credit hours) and a stipend paid twice per month (September-May)

Qualifications

Full-time, matriculated, degree-seeking graduate student in the Mathematics program.

Responsibilities

In the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science the duties of Graduate Assistants include some or all of the following: tutoring, grading papers, assisting professors in their classrooms, teaching classes. The amount of time allotted to the teaching of a course includes teaching, preparation, grading, and course-related office hours.
