IER Graduate Courses

A key component of IER’s work with a school district is its ability to offer graduate-level coursework to teachers on-site in their district.  IER’s courses provide a valuable vehicle for delivering professional development, encouraging collaboration among teachers and administrators, and supporting teachers as they reflect upon, and make changes in, their practice.

  • Closing the Achievement Gap I:  Comprehensive Literacy in a Developmentally and Culturally Responsive Environment
  • Closing the Achievement Gap II:  Building Community to Support Academic Success
  • Closing the Achievement Gap III:  Developing a Culture of Collaboration within the School Community
