IER Leadership Network
The vision of the IER Leadership Network is to provide a forum for teachers, principals, parents, and others within the school community to discuss effective practices for leadership, to develop action plans for addressing current challenges their schools are facing, and to continually renew themselves personally and professionally.
Through a variety of workshops, seminars, conferences, and other professional development activities, the Network continues to bring members of the school community together around literacy and collaborative leadership topics. This year’s Network activities include a panel discussion on teacher language, a graduate-level course on teaching and learning in the middle grades, a seminar on collaborative leadership strategies, parent-teacher literacy events, and a cross-districts conference sharing best practice ideas used by current and former IER educators.
Please see our announcements page for upcoming Network activities!
