Conference Volunteers

Faculty, Administrators, Staff, and Students of John Carroll University are invited to volunteer for the Heartland-Delta V Conference, which will be held Tuesday, May 29 through Friday, June 1 on campus. The conference, which involves 12 Jesuit colleges and universities, will explore Jesuit education, collaboration and Ignatian spirituality as part of "Learning from Each Other: Companions in Mission."

If you are interested in volunteering, please register by filling out the information below. You will be notified once you are scheduled into a specific time slot and role. Volunteers will be provided with a polo/golf shirt that they will need to wear to conference events. What size shirt would you prefer?

We will need volunteers for a variety of events. Please check any and all types of events you would be interested in assisting with:
	Conference preparation during the week of May 21st		Transportation: Are you certified?
	Registration table		Newspaper delivery
	Move-in assistance		Computer assistance
	Hospitality table		No preference

What days and times will you be available to work? Shifts will usually be three hours long.
Tuesday, May 29: Volunteers needed 11am - 11pm
Wednesday, May 30: Volunteers needed 6am - 10:30pm
Thursday, May 31: Volunteers needed 6am - 11:30pm
Friday, June 1: Volunteers needed 6am - 12pm
