Capstone Experience

Finding God in All Things: Practical Applications in Jesuit Higher Education

At the formal conclusion of the Program, participants will attend a three-day workshop to provide a capstone opportunity for participants to bring together their experiences within the ICP program through:

(a) focus on practical leadership challenges in Jesuit higher education,
(b) discussion of real-life mission case studies in small groups, and
(c) the creation of action plans for implementation by each participant in his or her home institution.

As part of the Capstone Experience, participants will finalize and present the mission action plans they will have been developing throughout the program.
