| PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION |
| Robing and Assembly Information 1) The installation ceremony that takes place on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 11, will be preceded by an academic procession. Participants in the procession are assigned to designated robing rooms (listed below). If participants have reserved regalia, their robes will already be in the room. If they are bringing academic attire with them, they may stop at the Inauguration Hospitality Center in the Atrium of the D. J. Lombardo Student Center and drop off their robes. From there, the regalia will be taken to the appropriate robing room. 2) All procession participants should report to their designated robing rooms by 1:30 P.M. 3) The line of march will form at 2:00 P.M. A marshal assigned to each group will lead it into the line of procession. 4) Procession participants who leave any articles of clothing or garment bags in their robing room should retrieve them by no later than 5:00 P.M. The rooms will be locked for the night at that time. (The installation ceremony is scheduled to conclude by approximately 4:00 P.M., followed by a general reception.) Personal items should be left in a locked car or office.
