- FSA e-mail accounts
are allocated 100 MB of storage.
- Student e-mail accounts
are allocated 50 MB of storage.
- FSA home
directories (H: drive) are
allocated 1 GB of
storage.
- Student home
directories (H: drive) are
allocated 250 MB of
storage.
- Departmental
directories (O: drive) have 5
GB storage.
- Increased
roaming profile storage space. If
you receive messages when you
login or logout stating that the system is unable to update
your roaming profile, this is a serious error that
could result in the lost of some or all of your data. Please
contact the Information Technology Services Help Desk at ext.
3005 to schedule an appointment to have this problem resolved.
RESETTING PASSWORDS
Log into your account and follow the appropriate procedure below:
For E-mail Account (http://webmail.jcu.edu):
- Select the Options link from
the left navigation border
- Select the Change Password link
at the top of the Options window
- In the Old Password field,
enter your current password
in the New Password field,
enter your new password
in the Confirm Password field,
reenter your new password
- Select the Change Password button
Your new password will now be required to log into your JCU e-mail
account.
For Network Account (ACADEMICS domain) and Blackboard:
- Press Ctrl-Alt-Del keys
simultaneously
- Select Change Password button
- In the Old Password field,
enter your current password
in the New Password field,
enter your new password
in the Confirm New Password field,
reenter your new password
- Select the OK button
Your new password will now be required to log you into the JCU
Network or Blackboard.
