HELP DESK HOURS
3004/3005

The Helpdesk provides front line support to users who call the Information Services’ department for technology related issues. The Helpdesk staff ensures all incoming calls are entered into the Helpdesk database. All calls are to be resolved by the staffer or dispatched to the appropriate member of the professional staff.

Help Desk DAY (Staffed)
Monday thru Thursday
– 8 am till Midnight
Friday
– 8 am till 6 pm
Saturday
– Noon till 6 pm
Sunday
– Noon till Midnight

The summer hours are as follows:

Help Desk SUMMER HOURS (Staffed)
Monday thru Thursday
– 8 am till 9 pm
Friday
– 8 am till 5 pm
Saturday
– (Unstaffed)
Sunday
– (Unstaffed)
