The Helpdesk provides front line support
to users who call the Information Technology Services’ department
for technology related issues. The Helpdesk staff ensures
all incoming calls are entered into the Helpdesk database.
All calls are to be resolved by the staffer or dispatched
to the appropriate member of the professional staff.
