Francine Mergl has been the Director of Development Services at Canisius College for the
last five years. Previously she spent five years in the Annual Fund
first as Assistant Director and then as Director. Development Services
is responsible for all gift/pledge processing, database maintenance
and select reporting. Canisius converted three years ago from a home
grown system to Banner.
