After spending 11 years in the elementary
school system, as classroom teacher and assistant principal, Jody
Burgard joined Rockhurst University's Advancement Office in 1989.
Jody was appointed Director of Advancement Services in 1995 and
in 1998 led the Advancement Office's section of Rockhurst's conversion
to the Banner administrative software.
In her role as Director of Advancement Services, Jody supervises three staff
members, who manage gift and pledge processing, research and prospect
management, database maintenance, computer training, web maintenance,
and reporting. Jody serves on the Rockhurst's Banner Project Steering
Committee and is currently working on a task force to design a user
training program and materials. |
