Leigh Ann Fibbe is the Assistant Director for the Annual Fund at Xavier University, and manages The 1831 Society, Xavier’s leadership giving society. A graduate of Miami University and the Ohio State University, Leigh Ann has worked as a major gifts officer at Miami University and has worked in Xavier’s Office of the Annual Fund for 6 years.
Leigh Ann's presentation will focus on the ways in which the segmentation and personalization of direct mail appeals can serve as a major factor in the success of an annual fund leadership giving program. Xavier University’s leadership giving society, The 1831 Society, has doubled its membership in the past 5 years through a comprehensive solicitation strategy involving direct mail, phonathon, and major gift officer contacts. |
