Mark Kelly is Assistant Vice President and Director of Public Relations
at Loyola College in Maryland. A 1980 graduate of the University of
Virginia, he worked as a newspaper reporter for six years before
beginning his career in higher education communications at the
University of South Carolina. He came to Loyola in 1988, and is
completing his capstone project for the M.S. in Communications
Management at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at
Syracuse University.
