Advancement Services Track |
This track covers the record keeping, gift processing and associated services to our advancement operations as well as prospect research. You should attend if you are in a development services, records or research capacity. Some sessions may be useful for alumni relations professionals and newcomers to a major gifts position.

Alumni Relations Track |
This track addresses issues of concern to alumni directors. It attempts to address the coordination of alumni relations activities with other activities in advancement like the annual fund. You should attend if you are an alumni director or assistant director, reunion coordinator, event planner and annual fund officer or smaller major gift officer who has some responsibility for alumni matters.

Communications Track |
The communications track addresses public relations, media relations, design and publications services, web services and magazines. This track is aimed at anyone on those positions. Admissions, marketing and government relations officers might also benefit from these sessions.

Development Track |
The development track attempts to cover the entire field of fund raising: major gifts, annual fund, corporate and foundation relations, planned giving and campaigns. You should attend if you are involved in any fund raising capacity including athletics fund raising. Alumni relations professionals and development services professionals who want to learn more about the major gift process are also welcome.

Annual Fund |
The annual fund track is a sub track of the development track. It is designed, of course, for those involved in the annual fund and also for those involved in alumni relations in institutions where the two offices are being merged.

Leadership Track |
The leadership track attempts to address some of the bigger picture issues in institutional advancement such as recruitment and retention, evaluation and strategic planning. This track is not aimed solely at senior development officers but would be useful for anyone in a supervisory or managerial role or for younger advancement professionals interested in career development.
