The Cleveland area is served by public transportation that includes bus and rapid routes. One of the quickest--and cheapest--ways to get to the Hyatt Regency from the airport is to hop on the Eastbound Redline rapid (#66, which departs about every 15 minutes) and take it to Tower City in downtown Cleveland. From there, you can easily walk to the Hyatt by heading toward Superior Avenue and turning right (see map here), or by taking the Eastbound #6 bus. Your travel time would be about 31 minutes and an express fare card costs $1.50. | Eight auto rental agencies are located off-site. Shuttle service is available from Hopkins Airport to the rental facility. Vehicles for handicapped area are available by pre-arrangement with select agencies. |

| Limousines are located at Exit 6 on the south end of the Baggage Claim Level. A limousine information desk is near Exit 3 on the Baggage Claim Level or use the Red Courtesy Phone at any exit vestibule. |

Taxicab service to any location within Cuyahoga County is available 24/7. Cab companies operate at Exit 2 & 4 of the Baggage Claim Level. Taxi phones are at each end of the exit vestibule, and local cab companies offer 500 cabs and 45 vans.

| JCU to Airport Shuttle |
Limited emergency Van Shuttle Service from JCU to the Hopkins Airport and/or the Hyatt Hotel will be available from 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. Those requiring emergency service may call 216-397-4322, and a vehicle will be dispatched to pick up guests at the Dolan Science Center East Parking Lot.
While John Carroll has arranged transportation to shuttle you between your hotel and campus and for the Monday night outing, you are responsible for arranging your transportation to the airport on Tuesday. We will offer some limited shuttle service to the Hopkins Airport on a first-come, first-served basis only. For details on this shuttle, please check the JCU-Hyatt Shuttle schedule. |

| An off-site 4,200-space parking garage is available. In addition to this facility, two short-term parking lots and one long-term parking garage are connected to the passenger terminal via enclosed walkways and automated sidewalks. Several remote shuttle parking lots are also available. |
