Project ¿QUÉ? Returns to JCU

It’s Project ¿QUÉ? week at John Carroll – an annual summer camp that cultivates science and writing skills among Latino middle schoolers. Project ¿QUÉ? launched in 2006 as a partnership between JCU and La Sagrada Familia parish on Cleveland’s Near West Side.

Project ¿QUÉ? is an acronym for “Question, Understand, and Explain.”

This year, JCU welcomes 46 students to the program, which includes an optional overnight in a residence hall on Friday for campers and their families. Popular activities and camp highlights include a visit from FBI agents, experiments at the RecPlex with cardboard boats (passengers included!), and Diet-Coke “geysers.”
