A Collection of Pencil Drawings

The pencil drawings done by Chesterton which follow are from a group given to Robert Bayer as a souvenir from a trip to London in 1954. The drawings were originally in the collection of Millicent, Duchess of Sutherland (Lady Millicent Fanny St. Clair-Erskine, d. 1955), who was a writer and editor, and who served in the Red Cross during World War I.
