Because the purchase of periodicals and standing orders involves a long-term financial commitment by the library, the Serials Review Committee reviews all requests. Please use this form to submit your request to the library’s Acquisitions department. You and your library liaison will be notified regarding the Committee’s decision. (All periodicals are funded from the library’s periodicals budget, while standing orders are charged to appropriate standing-order lines.)
