A visit home from Timothy Broglio, Papal Nuncio
Archbishop Timothy Broglio, Papal Nuncio to Dominican Republic Archbishop Broglio and Jesuit community celebrate Mass in Saint Francis Chapel
Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio, JCD, Papal Nuncio to the Dominican Republic and Apostolic Delegate to Puerto Rico, returned to his native Cleveland last week to speak at John Carroll on “Hopes and Challenges for the Church of Latin America: A view from the Dominican Republic.” Earlier he joined members of the Jesuit community at Mass in Saint Francis Chapel to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the papacy of John Paul II. "It's good to be in this environment (at a Jesuit university). I've studied under the auspices of the Jesuits for 15 years," said Archbishop Broglio, a graduate of St. Ann School, St. Ignatius High, Boston College and Georgetown.
