Edward Glynn SJ, JCU PresidentMiriam Erb CSM (Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine)William Mengerink, President, Caritas Connection There is "solidarity in suffering" and "solidarity in protesting against suffering," Howard Gray SJ told an audience of healthcare and social services professionals today (May 19) in Donahue Auditorium.

The gathering was convened by Caritas Connection, an organization formed by the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Health System (CSA Health System) and Catholic Charities Health & Human Services (CCHHS). After an opening prayer by Miriam Erb CSA and welcomes by Bill Meyerink, Caritas Connection, and JCU President Edward Glynn SJ, Father Gray delivered the keynote address.
