ORIENTATION SESSION DATES

You will be able to register for any of the sessions listed below.  Please keep in mind
that you must plan to stay at JCU for the duration of the orientation session and
students will not be permitted to leave campus.  All students must plan to stay over-night as a part of the orientation program.

Session #1      Monday-Tuesday            June 2-3
Session #2      Thursday-Friday             June 5-6
Session #3      Monday-Tuesday            June 9-10
Session #4      Monday-Tuesday            June 16-17
Session #5      Tuesday-Wednesday      June 24-25
Session #6      Monday-Tuesday            June 30-July 1
Session #7      Thursday-Friday             July 10-11
Session #8      Monday-Tuesday            July 14-15
Session #9**  Wednesday-Thursday     August 27-28

**Orientation Session 9 is reserved for those who are coming from long distances or who paid their deposit to JCU after July 11.  These students will move into the residence hall where they will be staying during their first year when they check in for the orientation session.  Please note that there is no parent housing available for this session.  Please contact the Office of Student Activities and Orientation at (216) 397-4288 to register for this orientation date.

TRANSFER ORIENTATION

Students transferring to John Carroll University from another institution of higher education should call the Office of Admission at 216-397-4257 to finalize paperwork and register for an orientation session.  Transfer student orientations are offered on the following days:

Transfer Session #1       Thursday, June 19
Transfer Session #2       Wednesday, July 16
Transfer Session #3       Tuesday, August 26
