ORIENTATION STAFF
The New Student Orientation Staff, affectionately referred to as the "O-Staff," is here for you
every step of the way. This group of undergraduate students
acts as guides, small group leaders, and resources for students and
parents throughout the orientation sessions. Make sure to ask them questions – they are dedicated to helping you get to know JCU!
The O-Staff is hired after a rigorous and highly selective process. The Orientation Staff are individuals who exhibit the qualities and characteristics of what it truly means to be a John Carroll student. They undergo extensive training during the spring and early summer in preparation for the orientation sessions and assist in planning the program.
Applications for positions on the O-Staff are available each October and the final selection takes place in January.
Over the course of the spring and summer, the members of the Orientation Staff truly become like a family, and often maintain relationships with each other well after they say "good bye" to John Carroll. Here is this year's Orientation Staff, and you can select a member's name to read their bio.
