TRANSFER ORIENTATION

Welcome to John Carroll University! We know that students transfer from institutions for a variety of reasons and we are pleased that you have decided to be a part of the JCU community. We hope that the Transfer Orientation session is both a productive and informative experience for you. The main goals of the program are:

• To welcome you to the John Carroll community.
• To assist you in the registration process and develop a class schedule with an academic advisor.
• To provide you with information about how to take care of business at JCU.
• To inform you about the resources that JCU offers to help you through graduation.

The dates for Transfer Orientation are June 5, July 1, and August 27.

Students transferring to John Carroll University from another institution of higher education should call the Office of Admission at 216-397-4257 to finalize paperwork. To register for an orientation session, click here.

There is a $60 fee for Transfer Orientation that will be added to your student account when you complete your online registration.

* Transfer students are welcome to attend one of the full two-day orientation sessions instead of the abbreviated transfer session. Please contact the Office of Orientation at orientation@jcu.edu if you would like to do this. Please note that there is a price difference between the two programs.
