 What is the Senior Legacy Program?
As a member of the Class of 2008, you have the opportunity to participate in the Senior Legacy Program. The concept of a Senior Class Gift was started at John Carroll University in 1986 by the Centennial Class as a way for students to contribute to the university and establish a culture of philanthropy as active alumni.

All gifts made to the Class of 2008 Senior Legacy Program support The Carroll Fund.
Your gift to the Carroll Fund provides immediate support and is used across campus to assist students, further scholarship, improve and maintain campus infrastructure and enhance the overall student experience. As such, the strength of the Carroll Fund serves as the foundation for the university’s ongoing success.
Why is my support important?
The Class of 2008 Senior Legacy Program is a way to begin a lifelong tradition of giving back to John Carroll. Our participation is important since alumni support is a reflection of an institution's strength and is a factor in awarding grants from foundations and corporations. How many of us give a gift is also a factor in rankings provided by publications such as US News and World Report.
The value of a degree from John Carroll rests in part upon the future strength of the university. As soon to be alumni, our annual investment in Carroll helps assure the financial stability and margin of excellence needed to keep John Carroll University strong.
