Dr. Teren received his PhD from
Stanford University in Aeronautics and Astronautics. He
worked at the NASA Lewis Research Center from 1961 to 1997, where
he held a number of research and management positions in aeronautics
and space technology.
Following his retirement as Deputy Director of Research, he taught physics and astronomy at Baldwin Wallace College, Cuyahoga Community College, and Cleveland State University. He joined the faculty of John Carroll University in 1999.
