JCU wins on home court, mat

The game clock showed 6.7 seconds remaining as OAC leading scorer Chris Jaklich sank the first of two free throws to give JCU an 81-79 come-from-behind victory over Heidelberg last night.  The Carroll women were on the road, losing to Heidelberg, 91-76.  The previous evening, pins by Pat Vrobel (lower right), Eric Urdzik (lower left) and Artie Mauser (not shown) propelled the Blue Streaks wrestlers over Muskingum, 29-15.  See sports headlines for all of the news on JCU athletics.
