Grasselli's Zarobila illuminates
G.K. Chesterton - the artist!

G.K. Chesterton (1874-1936) is known as a prolific English writer, but it was the artist who was the subject of a lecture last night by Dr. Charles Zarobila, Curator of Special Collections at Grasselli Library, where one of the significant GKC collections, including the portrait at left, resides.  The program for  the "Friends of the Library" served as a prelude to "An Evening with G.K. Chesterton," to be presented by John C. Chalberg, historian and actor, on Thursday (Nov. 1) at 7:30 p.m.  in the D.J.Lombardo Conference Room (free and open to public).
