The John Carroll University community mourns the death yesterday morning (Jan. 12) of Roberta (Bobbi Bokman) Rodgers following her heroic struggle with illness. The bright spirit she displayed will sustain her JCU co-workers of 14 years and her public relations colleagues throughout Greater Cleveland. Her husband Richard and family will receive mourners at Tomon & Sons Funeral Home (4772 Pearl Rd.) on Tuesday (Jan. 14) and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday (Jan. 16) in Saint Francis Chapel at John Carroll where a communications scholarship has been established in her memory.
