Focusing attention on women's issues

Katie Gilmore, President of Kappa Delta, picked up a schedule of events in the "Women at Noon" series from committee member Brenda Wirkus last evening during "National Women's Friendship Day" co-sponsored by the sorority and the committee. The event took place in the Murphy Room. Dr. Wirkus also attended the celebration to draw interest to the interdisciplinary concentration she directs, "Men and Women: Perspectives on Sex and Gender."
