Tim Russert, managing editor and moderator of Meet the Press and political analyst for NBC Nightly News and Today, will host a special benefit to provide scholarship opportunities for Cleveland area students who attend John Carroll University. Russert, a 1972 graduate of the university, often talks about the impact Jesuit education has had in his life. “I am proud that my alma mater, John Carroll University, has made another strong commitment to educating young men and women in Cleveland. Tuition assistance for Cleveland students is a vital investment in the future of Northeast Ohio,” said Russert.
The benefit will be held Tuesday, May 30 in the Grand Ballroom of the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Downtown Cleveland.
