Relay For Life >> Colleges Against Cancer

Education. Survivorship. Advocacy.
These are the foundations of the John Carroll University chapter of Colleges Against Cancer (CAC). CAC is a national movement on college and university campuses to show that today's youth can make a difference.

Through events and campaigns, CAC will try to educate the JCU community about cancer, how to prevent it, and how to overcome it. CAC will also embrace survivors in our JCU and surrounding community as well as advocate for legislation that supports long, healthy lives for Americans.

The JCU Chapter of Colleges Against Cancer was named the State of Ohio's 2008 CAC Chapter of the Year!

Colleges Against Cancer is gearing up for Relay For Life Kick-Off Week, to be held January 20-23, 2009.

  • Future meeting dates will be posted on this website.

  • For further information about CAC, contact Dan Fitzmaurice, the chapter president.
