This service-oriented office handles pre-award and post-award administration for sponsored programs, and oversees research compliance. Assistance is provided for the conceptual development and submission of proposals, and the identification of possible funding sources.

Research proposals to funding agencies must be reviewed by this office prior to submission to ensure compliance with John Carroll and agency policies. Research projects involving human subjects or animals, regardless of funding, must also be reviewed prior to the start of the project.
