Student Research: Compliance
Students planning to work on research projects which involve human subject participation or animals are required to obtain IRB or IACUC approval prior to the solicitation of human subjects, purchase of animals, and the collection of data.
See the Community Standards Manual for information on the academic honesty policy for undergraduates.
Consult The Graduate School Bulletin for academic honesty and ethical behavior policies for graduate students.
See also the Web-guide to Research for Undergraduates (WebGURU), a external resource for students which includes information on research integrity, lab safety, and funding your research, among other topics. The site was funded by a grant
