Becoming a leader means having the ability to lead, counsel, coach, strategize, and motivate people to accomplish any task assigned. Leaders must be prepared to provide guidance and expertise in all situations and retain flexibility and adjust in ever changing environments and situations. To prepare those individuals who feel they have the potential for such challenges, the ROTC program is designed for just this endeavor.
