ENROLLING AS A SERVICE PARTICIPANT

Enrolling as a service participant is easy—and you only have to do it once!  “Enrolling” means that you enter your information into our participant database. Once you’ve enrolled, you can log in at any time to register for service activities, check or print out your service hours, or update your profile. Here’s how to do it:

1. Log on to the Center for Service and Social Action website at www.jcu.edu/service.
2. Click on the “Enroll Now” link on the left hand tool bar
3. Completely and correctly fill out the enrollment page. It is important that you provide us with correct and current information! The information you provide to us in this section will be used to:
1. Report your service hours to the appropriate professor/coach/campus organization
2. Contact you in the event of a service cancellation
4. After completing the enrollment form click “enter information”
1. If you click “reset” your information will be erased and you will need to fill out the form again
5. You will receive a confirmation e-mail thanking you for enrolling as a service participant

And that’s it; you’re enrolled!
