HUMAN SERVICE, HEALTH, AND SOCIAL JUSTICE TRACK

The Human Service, Health, and Social Justice Track is recommended for students interested in counseling, social work, law, advocacy, public health, public policy, public administration, non-profit administration, and other related careers. Internships are available to seniors in their spring semester and students will be matched to an internship site based upon their career interests.  

Track Requirements are (19 Credit hours)

SC 475S - Internship
SC 490 - Multicultural Counseling
Electives-At least two of the following courses:

SC 330 - Social Stratification
SC 340 - Juvenile Delinquency
SC 370(W) - Medicine & Culture
SC 380(W) - Environmental Justice Movements
