We are pleased to announce the fourth annual baby shower in support of Huron Hospital “Stork’s Nest Program.” This program is a volunteer program in partnership with Huron Hospital, which assists disadvantaged young mothers in the City of Cleveland through the donation of baby gifts during the course of a prenatal care regime. “Storks Nest” is co-sponsored by STAD and the Center for Service and Social Action and supports JCU’s pre-professional students and our Jesuit Mission.
Please join us on Wednesday, July 14th from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. in Rodman A. Our new mothers are in desperate need of basic infant clothing items and safety-certified car seats. (Please note--while we all love the beautiful wrappings, it is preferred that you not wrap the gifts.) Last year we successfully collected many items for the Stork’s Nest Program. With your help, we hope to make this year’s event even more successful. |
