STAD MISSION

The Staff and Administrator Council (STAD) of John Carroll University will foster a culture of community by creating a positive work environment. The STAD Council will accomplish this by:

• Communicating STAD activities, updates, and information to the JCU community on a regular basis
• Implementing various professional development opportunites for the JCU community
• Building a strong community through employee recognition and appreciation
• Overseeing the election of STAD members to the Council and the appointment of STAD members on various university committees
• Working to ensure employment issues and concerns are heard and dealt with in a fair manner.
