The National Association of Scientific Materials Managers Presents:
 34th Annual NAOSMM Conference and Trade Show    
July 30-August 3, 2007

WHAT:

Several Ohio colleges and universities, including John Carroll University, will be the host institutions for the 34th annual conference and trade show of the National Association of Scientific Materials Managers (NAOSMM).   NAOSMM is an international group of almost 500 scientific materials buyers with greater than $200 million of purchasing power.

The NAOSMM conference is the only national conference that represents science storeroom personnel, lab managers, scientific buyers, safety officers and business managers. Two days of seminars and educational sessions are followed by a 1 ½ day Trade Show attended by the leading manufacturers and distributors of scientific materials.

                        More than 150 scientific materials managers from across the country will gather to hear about the latest advances and trends from leaders in the field and attend professional development seminars.  The seminars offer the latest information on such topics as e-commerce, inventory management software, and update attendees on new instrumentation, regulatory changes and professional development.
