Jeffrey Shibley
Vice President, “Yours Truly” Restaurants

Vice President, Yours Truly Restaurants

Jeffrey worked his way through college by climbing the restaurant ladder from cook to assistant manager to general manager of the restaurant that would eventually become the first of the Yours Truly Restaurants. Upon graduating from John Carroll University with a degree in communications, Jeffrey moved to Atlanta to take a sales position, where it became apparent that his true calling was in the restaurant business. Jeffrey currently serves on the boards of the Mentor Schools Foundation, Mentor Public Library, Lake County Development Council and Lake County Entrepreneurs Club. Jeffrey is a past member of the Executive Board of Trustees for the Greater Cleveland Better Business Bureau and the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce. He has served as president of the Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce and vice president of the Mayfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
