Registering for SAS Accommodations

Follow these steps to establish accommodations for your classes. Please allow up to 2 weeks for full processing.

  1. Deadline: 2 weeks before semester

    Complete the Intake Form

    Log in to the secure student portal to fill out your initial profile. You will need your Banner ID ready.

  2. Submit Documentation

    Upload documentation from your medical provider. This can include IEPs, 504 plans, or medical evaluations.

    Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG. Max size: 5MB.

  3. Schedule an Access Meeting

    Once your documentation is reviewed, you will receive an email to book a 30-minute meeting with an SAS coordinator to discuss your specific needs.

  4. Receive Accommodation Letters

    Your official Letter of Accommodation (LOA) will be generated. You must distribute these to your professors every semester via the Accommodate portal.
