Do you need exam accommodations? (If yes you will need to obtain a letter on letterhead from John Carroll University’s Student Accessibility Services (SAS) Office stating your name, what you are approved to receive, and a signature/date from the SAS Office on the letter - before you pay for the exam. You will have to send the letter to the JCU Department of Counseling's Administrative Assistant to forward the letter to the Center for Credentialing and Education.
